We bridge the gap to deliver essential mental health services directly to children and families, wherever you may be. Distance should never stand in the way of the care you deserve.

Our wide range of services includes Unlimited Text Counselling, Video & Phone Counselling, and On-The-Go Mobile Counselling. We provide support for children, individuals, couples, and groups, ensuring connection to our skilled and compassionate counsellors.

Our success story is a testament to the meaningful change our services bring. Last year alone, we supported over 500 individuals through approximately 5,600 counselling sessions—often traveling up to 150 km to reach our clients. It’s especially significant that 65% of those we serve come from very low-income households, who otherwise wouldn’t have access to counselling.
We are honoured to support marginalized communities, with 20% of our clients identifying as 2SLGBTQ+ and 45% as women facing some form of abuse.

Our data also reveals that many of our clients confront serious challenges, such as addiction, histories of abuse, experiences of neglect, and family separations or divorce. Despite these obstacles, we’re proud to report that 90% of our clients in long-term counselling have experienced reduced anxiety and depression, highlighting the impact of our work in promoting lasting well-being.
